Here was my reply. I'm kind of hoping for a "boo hoo you're so evil and insensitive" reply.
"You want to know how you re-home your dog, when she has a bite history? You don't. You humanely euthanize her while she's happy in your arms. Give her a big steak, go on a long walk and car ride. Cuddle with her. Then put her to sleep.
This dog has bitten A CHILD. Twice. If it had been one of your children, she would be gone already. This is a dangerous dog. Aggression towards humans is unacceptable for ANY DOG.
The fact that you want to re-home her, rather than take responsibility for your unstable, aggressive dog is frightening. I can't believe you would cast off your responsibility onto someone else, just so they can be set up to get hurt, or have her go to a family where she will bite more people and children. I'm surprised your neighbor didn't call AC and have your dog taken away.
You clearly can't handle, control, or manage this dog. You can't do something as simple as crate and rotate your dogs (where you crate one dog, let the other roam the house for a few hours, then repeat) so your shepherd won't be attacked everyday. For some reason you are still letting them go out, and even be in the same room, unrestrained together.
Do what's kindest for the dog. Instead of sending her off to some strange home with strange new people, where she will wonder where her old family is, and why they got rid of her, put her to sleep. At least she'll die happy, with the people she loves.
Don't ever get a bully breed again."
