Every excuse in the world. As long as its not biting the hand that feed it and its family then thats what dogs do. Everyone is quick to jump on people who try to say pitbulls should be fine with other dogs and call them all manner of names, yet when another breed does what it has been developed to do for thousands of years they scream bloody murder. I'm sensing just the slightest hint of hypocrasy here.
Breeds that were developed to guard should not be chastised for attacking someone out of their pack. I don't know further details of it and the link doesn't work. The fact is the dog was doing what would be expected of it. NO BIG DEAL. Everyone needs to stop trying to dumb them all down to slobbering messes which are good for nothing. Some dogs still have it in them to work as they were intended and long may it stay that way.
