A mastiff mix with what I suspect is poor or no training and not enough socialization. This dog is the victim of an uneducated and lazy owner who probably thought nothing more than "ZOMG, what an adorable puppy!!!" with NO thought on how to deal with the dog. People need to knock it off with the HA is unacceptable with "the breed" when we're talking about MUTTS, and ones bred from dogs with protection instincts, no less. Just because there might be APBT somewhere in there does not mean they're automatically held up to that standard. As far as I'm aware, APBT isn't a dominant gene sequence.
