I hate people who impose their human emotions or thoughts on the dogs. I probably worded that wrong but I think you know what I mean. For example, there are actual people that I have spoken to who think teaching a dog tricks is humiliating. Humiliating? I really don't think dogs are capable of feeling humiliation, it is a human emotion. Just because you wouldn't want to be chained or crated or do tricks or whatever it is doesn't meant the dog thinks the same way. Of course there is abuse that happens and we can all agree that is wrong, but in general dogs, especially this breed, need structure and perhaps these "offensive" tools to keep them safe and happy.
