Ive had a sort of similiar thing happen once when at a bonfire. had my dog leashed, and a friend of a friend pit bull also showed up, also on a leash. well these random ass people with their pit bull puppy come down and start making their own bonfire next to us, not paying ANY attention to this 10lb puppy running straight toward us to play with our dogs. knowing that the other pit bull at ours was VERY DA, i ran, picked the puppy up, and told them to put their mutt on a leash before the dog at our spot eats him for dinner. they reply to me, "youre crazy do you know anything about pit bulls? they arent mean and i dont believe that dog up there is either. its all in how you raise them!" i called her an idiot and told her to PLEASE leash the puppy. Well guess what? they didnt. luckily for her, the other pit bull scared the pup off the second time he ran over that the pup got the hint and ran back to his spot.

ANYWAYs, that was just the begininng. as everyone got drunk at our bon fire, the other guy hanging out with us got trashed. he decided that it would be fun to agitate his dog into wanting to attack mine, and let the dog go. luckily for me my friend grabbed hold of the dogs leash before the dog got close to me. I left.

anyway, not really the SAME situation, but all i have to say is, drunk people + pit bulls = BAD NEWS. I wont even stick around anymore. lol
