People that are too lazy to get out and get a job, they are willing to do a quick fix, tax free way to make a quick buck at the expense of the poor dogs... I think this is the problem, regardless of the breed or color. These people aren't out there for the betterment of their breed, they are out there for the betterment of their wallets.
