I have noticed quit a few blue dogs around Tampa. My neighbor down the street from me also has a breeding pair I used to see him out walking them and then sure enough he soon had a sign in his yard for blue pit bull puppies. He even asked me if I was interested in one when he saw me walking my dogs one day. He sort of scares me so I didn't say anything to him about breeding the dogs but I stuck some spay neuter info in his mailbox one day when nobody was looking
