I own a blue and i LOVE the color. Here in Alabama there are a pretty good number of them, but it's about how you described in LA......POORLY BRED!! It's pathetic. Although there are a few good lookin dogs i've seen.

I keep going back to look at Cleo's pictures. She looks so hug-a-bull!!! Makes my heart go pitter patter!
