I have to agree with Zoe.

People around here let their dogs run loose. I keep mine secure for several reasons, 1) I don't want them to hurt the other dogs, 2) I don't want anyone to hurt them, and 3) there are some many things that could hurt them, as Zoe said, cars, people who are afraid of them, etc.
