i was golfing with my son and a friend of his standing on a green (par 4). i had just finished putting out while son and friend are putting i watch a guy in the twosome behind us set up over his ball (maybe 150 yards out). i'm thinking there's no way he's going to hit, sure enough he hits it and i watch it fly at us. i yell at son and friend to watch out. the ball hits just off green pin high. i throw my hands up and yell "what the heck". we are not slow players by any means and i let people play thru if we are slow but this was WAY out of line. they never got close enough after that for me to say anything to them. i could tell that they were hackers but from 150 out i don't care how bad you are, you don't hit your ball!!!!!
