When you say short game, are you looking to work on your short game around the green or from 100 yards in ??

If it's around the green an idea might be to arrive to a round extra early and get your practise in on their chipping green. If its from 100 yards any community field could be a solution. Measure out the distances yourself and put a marker down. Just ensure you repair any damage you do.

In my prep for The Morgan Cup I have been chipping a bucket of balls from one side to the other of my girlfriend's 70 yards back garden.

You might also find some good ideas in the Morgan Cup prep thread as a lot of us are working on our short games at the moment.

Thanks might try that will also read, it is more about controlling the inbetween wedge shots and getting them closer, just dont even know of a park around where I could actually do this..

I think it might be resolved now though as I have just received an e-mail from my club saying they are cutting away an area almost specifically for this so it will be perfect

Thanks all though for suggestions and different Irish stories/ racial stereotypes haha
