I hear you shankosaurus. Rain is a nuisance for glasses wearers. I wear contacts most of the time now, but used to wear disposable contacts for golf and motorcycle. Have you ever tried disposable soft lenses. They are comfortable and throwing them in the trash when you're done is very convenient. They are fairly inexpensive now so you can wear glasses as usual and go with contacts when you need them, at little expense.

Worth a try if there isn't a health reason stopping you.
