I'm currently taking lessons at GolfTec and this is the first I've heard about outdoor lessons. I'll need to talk with my coach. With that said I was very reluctant to join being only indoors but I'm defiantly seeing an improvement. The way they do it is in stages beginning with your address working to the follow through. The key IMO to having success with them is to practice what they teach you frequently one step at a time. You cannot start working on impact when you are at the back swing stage for example. It will only make things worse. Every 30 min lesson I take is followed with a 30 min practice lesson to work on what was taught that day. I will then work at the range 3x a week on the same things. I have gone from scoring in the 100's to now the high 80's in 3 months.
