It was an outdoor lesson, he also used video analysis. After the lesson was over he emailed video of my swing before and after the changes we made with some additional pointers. Some pretty drastic changes. My forearms were separating a little too much before impact, causing my clubhead to get in from of my hands. So I'm Switching to the stack and tilt. For about the first 15 minutes it felt awkward, but I really started to get into it. By the end of the lesson I was hitting full swing shots, with much better clubhead lag. I play year round so I'm not to worried about the growing pains. Any of you guys have any experience with the swing method?
I expiremented with it a little about a year ago(a friend had the DVD set) but at the time I was too much of a digger and never really got it to work for me. I ended up hitting a ton of fat shots with it because of trying to keep my weight on the front foot.

I think the theroy has some merit to it, but it wasnt for me.
