A**holes will be a**holes. I can't tell you the amount of times we will be playing on our road hole (two tee boxes actually sit right by the road) and someone will drive by blaring their horn as you are in the middle of your back swing. The way I understand it, if they are on their property while they are blowing the horns, there probably isn't much you can do, other than grit your teeth and maybe issue them a one finger salute. If they are coming onto the course to do it, find a marshall or call back to the clubhouse. Other than that, it's down to your first choice, which is develop a quick bout of the shanks and shank one through the living room.
