Not the same thing, but I was playing a few weeks ago and coming out of the garage from one of the houses on the course was the worst version of "Smells Like Teen Spirit" I have ever heard. And sounded like they had their amps turned to 11, to boot. Distracting? yes, but also hilarious. Contacting the course or police is the way to go. Even if the police don't issue them a citation or anything, just getting a visit would deter them from doing it again.
