Hi I am trying to put together some type of routine for about 30 to 60 minutes a day during the week, that I don't need machinery either to perform. So I guess wanted to know what everyone here does to keep in shape and flexibility in check, because right now I think my health for golf is awful. If you have even a full routine with a breakdown of sets needed to workout that would be even better so I can keep track.
bazz -- I work out four days per week when possible. My workouts are done in the gym where I use a few free weights and most of the machines. I'm not much help with what you are looking for however I have heard yoga is great for flexibility and jogging/walking briskly can help you with the cardio. Hopefully some other folks can give you better direction and good luck with your journey!
