@ Bahester - if you are only in Portland for one summer you have to hit as many courses as you can, so I expect to see you there

BTW, I played a course near where you are going to be for the first time called Merriwether. Nothing special - flat, not particularly long and pretty straightforward, although my putting stroke would have you believe it was Augusta; but a nice easy way to shake off the rust and start the season. If you want a cheap(er) round that is going to be convenient for you - and you have some time (slow play) - consider this one. As mentioned before, the nice courses near you will be The Reserve and Pumpkin Ridge.
