I did file a police report. they were not very positive about seeing results in finding anything. They did say to keep eye on Craigslist and try pawn shops outside of 15 mile radius. Apparently that is the circle ouside of which the thieves think they are safe.
Unfortunately, we had a house fire 2 yrs ago and my agent is hinting I ought not file a claim. The 1000 deductable and the value, followed by a possible cancellation of the policy....
The whole thing stinks big.
I guess I hope they end up in good hands who appreciate the quality of product.
