I don't often wear hats so I never think about this if I am or not wearing a hat. It doesn't get me fired up at all.

It makes no mention about a persons character whether they take there hat off or not, the courtesy in the handshake and comments they make will tell you everything you need to know. Besides, I don't want to see your hat head anyway

I think we'd call that "ring around the baldy" for P4B.
