I'm REALLY sorry for your wife. Is this your dominant shoulder? If so, she's really going to have to do everything for you.

Hopefully not EVERYTHING. A friend's wife broke both arms in a fall. He had to do everything for her. And by everything , I mean EVERYTHING you use your arms and hands for. Yes, that too. And that, and even that! Now that's true love.
