It's too cold to play when the course is closed due to ice and snow.... or if the wind chill is below 30... that's about it.


I'd include when it's cold and rainy, but here if it's cold, that usually means it's snowing. Most of our rain comes in the summer in thunderstorms. Then it's not too cold just too electric.
