Depends on what the other fees are. Are there any F&B? Do you have a cart fee or green fee still with your monthly dues?

No F&B mins for either one.....the Palmer course has a sweet pool that would be included (although we already belong to another pool). Both courses have sandwich type f&b service, no restaurant. The Palmer course is only a couple of years old and must have another 150 members before ground is broken for clubhouse. Mid-range course is established with solid practice facility (actually they both have that) and good instruction.
