I am a 12.1 handicap and shot a 78 on a par 72 course, from the middle tees (40/38). I read a simple two page article on S&T a couple of weeks ago (in the latest issue of Golf Digest), and since using S&T I've been playing my best golf ever.

I found the article easy to understand and easy to put into practice. I find I really don't have any swing thoughts anymore except perhaps to keep my tempo and rhythm smooth.

If you are struggling to find a swing, you may want to try S&T. It certainly works for me.
