There was an older lady at my old home course who walked and played every day. She was fast, so if she caught up with our group, we would let her play through. She never said a word to any of us directly, but she muttered to herself the entire time she played.

My partner dubbed her "Mumbly Peg" and it stuck. She seemed to be a decent golfer, but she was definitely a few bricks shy of a load.
