What better way to hit your target audience? There are probably six or seven homes that have that on the course I play.

I was thinking about one house in particular - it's on the 8th hole of a muni in a nearby town. It's a spec house and they're asking $3.4M - I just can't imagine anyone paying that much to live on a muni. Or most of us playing the muni sure aren't paying that much for our next house.
