That's one reason I like to play longer courses. It doesn't do anything good for my scoring record, but I do get to hit every club in my bag. That's more important to me than going low in my scores. It makes the game far more interesting to me.

All said and done though - I don't really score any better (corrected for handicap) on easier courses. If anything, I rise to the challenge of playing a harder course.
