Was going over my stats and noticed a similarity. What I noticed was when the slope and rating were higher,I played better.Sometimes,I've felt the rating was too high for that course cause it didn't seem that hard.

Some of these courses had such a high rating ,but felt didn't seem as hard as it's rated.Because of some of these courses,I can see why some would have a lower handicap cause of it.

Do any of you have a course that is rated high, but doesn't seem to play that hard?

Do you play better on harder courses or on the lower rated course?
This Friday I'll be playing one of the Michigan State Univ. courses that has a rating of 74/135 and I expect to get my butt kicked as I've never played it before. My usual tracks are 68.5/121 and 71.6/122.

Being scratch, you shouldn't be effected by the slope (us hicaps will), so the only difference you'll feel is the rating. (sigh, nice place to be!)
