Two different scenarios as follows:

Practice on the range:

Warm up with 6 or 7 iron...usually hitting it softly to about 100-120 yards trying to find my sequence. Some days are better then others and some days I spend 90% of the bucket on this. If I find it, then I start working with other clubs through-out the bag but go back to the 7 iron if I loose my sequence and start over...can you tell that I am currently working on sequencing???

Warm up for a round or tournament:

Warm up with 6 or 7 iron...usually hitting it about 100-120 yards trying to find my sequence. After 10-20 balls I will start hitting full shots to see what swing I have for that day. I will hit a few 3 irons (maybe off a tee) to warm up the long clubs and finish with a few Drivers prior to going to the first tee (if that is the club I will be using on the 1st tee)...
