You can start in Estonian youth rally championship when you turn 14 in Estonia. First round just passed, next round will be in May (South Estonian Rally - Similar and close to rally Estonia). These are usually shorter rallies. Their total distance is around 50 km. If your are not Estonian, then you have to ask premisson from EAL (Estonian Autosport Union). Full regulations for youth rally here:
http://autosport.ee/rallyreg/public/...YJ_EST-ENG.pdf
(in English as well)
You can also take part from rallisprint events:
http://autosport.ee/rallyreg/public/...pr_YJ_2012.pdf
(Sorry, only Estonian text, use google translate). Also the age 14 is the limit.
You can also take part in Estonian Rally Championship since you are 16.
Likt to regulations here:
http://autosport.ee/rallyreg/public/...2_RALLI_YJ.pdf
(In estonian again)
But first you have to aquire Estonian driving licence and competition licence. From age 16-18 you can own driving licence, but you have to drive together with more experienced licence owner (the one who has owned normal driving licence more than 2 years (not beginner any more). You have to collect some experience in youth rallies and rallisprints to gain full competitor licence.
