Wouldn't worry too much mate. 186,000 Miles Isn't that bad. My cousin has a Navarra pickup (Frontier) and treats it like absolute rubbish. Lots of sliding and burnouts and harsh gearbox and clutch treatment, lots of redlining it, and he's even got some air in it. He's owned it for 5 years, has put hundreds of thousands of Kms on it (It now has 596,000km) and the thing is still running strong. It amazes me.
Keep notice of how much oil it's using and how much smoke it's blowing. If both start getting higher than normal, sell it, but before then, you should be right
