Anyone have a picture of what people sit in?

Looks fun but does look a bit dodgy.... How is the cart held onto the tracks? I would do it anyway but I think I would do a test run before trying it with no brakes lol.

This is a video by the same guy that shows more on the sled and how the track works. Not much to it really.
