Tough call.
That Charger is basically a Mercedes.

The Audi will have a nicer interior. 2006 wasn't good interior year for Dodge.
Plus where you live, AWD would be a nice addition for the winter months.

The Audi might have more minor problems, and be more expensive to repair just because it has a German Luxury badge on it. Automatically means higher repair costs from the dealer and more than likely from approved Audi mechanics.

Because of location and interior, I'd get the Audi.
