Haha, saw this on an episode of Bones:

Bones: "The truth is, athletes are basically emotionally arrested in boyhood, acting out childish games as though they have adult importance. You know, the only thing more juvenile are grown adults that watch sports." Seems about spot on to me. [rofl]
