...has anyone managed to get the automatic brightness working like they want? It's much better at adjusting since the recent fix from Samsung, but it goes far too dark when inside in normal conditions. It looks like it goes down to minimal brightness when I'm in an artificially lit room and not pointing the phone at the lightbulb.

On a more positive note, the proximity sensor works properly in my new white one. Has anyone else with the black one found that the screen goes off when near your ear but you have to press the home button to get it back on? I thought as a complete guess that it might be struggling to detect the differences because of black plastic, although that's totally illogical.
