spuddy - you must be running it ; its 13 miles 1 way from seaford to eastbourne along the seven sisters - its known as walk 28 (http://www.walkingclub.org.uk/book_2...28/index.shtml) - the elevation changes is the hardest part;

btw i take my scouts from lewes to exceat - overnighting in alfriston youth hostel as a training navigation exercise
Yeah, that was the walk I was going to do. I've got both books. I highly recommend them. [yes]
