Which is not that easy for an ISP to see or filter. CP on the net would no longer exist if IP's could so easily monitor the traffic. My guess is this is only a threat to really heavy torrent uploaders and downloaders who by their very high usage get the notice of the IP's. Jimmy down the street who downloads the latest disney song once a month has little to worry about.

i can see software growing exponentially to handle filtering all content, especially now that the gauntlet has been thrown down and the wheels spun in motion by the big isp providers.
