That's debatable. People are saying their battery life isn't much better if not worse when they installed JD there.

My other half and i both have it, she gets @ 36 hours off a full charge on her desire and i get @ 24 on my DHD.

All i can say are contributing factors are if you root it and what roms you use, and also how you configure the set up on juice defender.
