after reading it all it appears that he went way overboard with his claim. yes it is a finding but just that. he has found something in a meteorite and it appears to be bacteria.. that is it, nothing else, and he should have presented his finding accordingly. instead he has sensationalized it to the point of it not being believable. it could very well be evidence of ET and just as well could be terrestrial but it's way to early in the study to make such claims.

he has found something and now they need to figure out just what it is before they go running to the press. at this point it is nothing more than a theory based on preliminary findings..
Bill, my friend, you need to learn to hold your breath whenever science it being discussed.

Do you realize that your entire post is full of assumptions that are criticizing... assuming?
