Yes, especially if you have a parked car in the middle lane with no lights on...

But generally night driving requires a certain amount of bravery because you can't see too far ahead of you so you just have to assume (or pray) that the road ahead is clear.
Then you're going too fast, have crap headlights, have incorrectly adjusted headlights, you need to clean the lights and windscreen (don't forget inside) and/or you have poor night vision.
If you really drive like that, I'm surprised you've lived this long!
Driving to the conditions includes the distance you can see!
