The Aygo is an intelligently made car which is cool and great for cities.

The Yaris is another run of the mill toyota's which is beaten by every other car maker in the segment.

Aygo has no power, if the roads are flat all over and you mainly drive by yourself then it may do the job.
Yaris in 1.0L form is probably even slower, but at least a bit more space, in 1.3L form it should be easily the superior car.
