For months I've been bitching to everyone that my system feels sluggish. I even went so far as to blame Windows 7 and declare that Vista is faster. Today, by accident, I launched CPUID. Once opened, I got curious and poked around. Under the 'Memory' tab, I noticed that my memory speed was listed as 105 Mhz. How odd. I thought I had better check this in the BIOS. Reboot. Sure enough, my DDR400 has been in DDR200 mode for the past several months. This is a sad day to pretend to be an Onion. On the plus side, my system feels pleasantly snappy again! [thumbup]
