Wouldn't the CPU speed show up correctly still with the memory divider set wrong?
Yes the CPU speed would be correct if it was just the memory divider that was incorrectly set. On waters' board though the memory ratios is on a different page in the BIOS to the FSB settings so unless you look it's something that's easily missed. Poor design I'd say.
