No worries, mate, we'll agree to differ.
If you look into any "accident", in 99% or more of the cases, soeone screwed up, somewhere.
IMO, when driving, an "accident" can only occur because some one screwed up, somewhere! It may not always be foreseeable by the driver, in this case it should have been!
A totally agree, MOST of the time its a stupid mistake that leads to an accident. But sometimes you just dont know what hit ya. A friend of mine was driving a u haul truck to his new apartment, and on a bridge the wind was so strong that he lost control of the vehicle and rammed another car. He was driving 70km/h... totally standard.

Bad things happen to good people sometimes.
