Poppies have been used as a symbol of remembrance since WW1 though ...i didn't know we were in iraq to fight poppy pickers either.

We're not in Iraq anymore, we're in Afghanistan. As I understand it terrorists there use the profits from drugs to fund their activiites.

Poppies are banned in Canada because they are too much of a distraction while driving on the road. [rolleyes]
