You may be unaware that Stephen Gately was gay, so he was inferring it was something to do with his sexual preferences.

EDIT: Incase you didn't know: Bum is the UKs slang for Fanny in the US.

Ah, didn't know he was gay. Also, at least in my lexicon, if i said Another is butts... it wouldn't have the connotation it obviously does in the UK.

wait a second, i guess i could of just gotten his meaning/
