TBH, aren't some 'infractions' a bit silly? There are some words and/or terms that are not suitable or in bad taste but others are normal descriptive words in general use - indeed the the correct term, such as the word above.
IMO, there should, perhaps, be a little more focus on the context of the term or word.
I had an infraction for the use of the "S" word for a girl of easy virtue - in context it was correct use of the word.
