Wow. So dodge decided to put a viper engine in a truck and your going to bash them? Sure the guy flipped it for trying to be cool, but really nobody DESERVES to get hurt. I think a stiff fine would be much better.
Nobody deserves to get hurt, that's just f-ed up.
