Do you think maybe you're over-reacting a little? There will be lots of things you touch in a day that people will have touched without washing their hands; it's only because it's a toilet that you think about it in that way.

Also, I'm not aware that I urinate on my hands or get turd all over them when I go to the toilet; why should people who don't wash their hands be any different?
