Would a 13 year old make a good single parent? She is not even capable of getting a job for a few years...

Definitely not, but that doesn't mean the child has to be terminated. The better thing to do would be to accept the responsibility to carry and give birth to the child, and then give it up for adoption so it at least has a chance at life.
